Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to complete and publish a BlondeVerse creator profile. Other use of BlondeVerse requires that you meet the minimum age applicable in your location and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Where law or a feature requires a higher age, that higher age applies.

You must provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, and may be asked to complete age or identity checks. Access may be unavailable or restricted in locations where the service, content, or payment features cannot lawfully be offered.

You are responsible for information submitted during registration, your username and display name, activity under your account, and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise.

• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Do not sell, transfer, rent, or share control of an account without authorization.
• Keep account and verification information current and accurate.
• You remain responsible for authorized use of your account.

Creators must satisfy applicable eligibility, identity, age, payout, and tax-information requirements before using features that require them. Creators may upload only material they own or are authorized to use and must obtain valid consent from every person depicted where consent is required.

Creator features, publishing privileges, verification, or monetization access may be limited or suspended when requirements are incomplete, a review is pending, or these Terms are violated. Availability of creator tools may vary. Additional creator-specific obligations are set out in the Creator Terms.

“Content” includes photos, videos, Stories, posts, captions, comments, profile information, messages, audio, links, creator content, and other media or information uploaded, submitted, sent, or displayed through BlondeVerse.

You are solely responsible for your Content, the decision to publish or send it, and the consequences of doing so.

You retain the intellectual-property rights you lawfully hold in your Content. BlondeVerse does not take ownership of creator Content.

You grant BlondeVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide license, for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, to host, store, process, resize, compress, encode, display, transmit, and distribute your Content through platform features, and to operate, improve, and secure BlondeVerse. This license is limited to those purposes and includes use by service providers acting for us.

After deletion, copies may remain for a reasonable period in backups or where retention is necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or safety investigations.

You must have all ownership rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and consents needed for your Content and its use on BlondeVerse. You must respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and other rights, applicable law, and the Community Guidelines.

You may not use BlondeVerse to create, upload, solicit, promote, distribute, or facilitate:

• child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or any sexualized content involving a minor;
• non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, exploitation, illegal content, illegal goods or services, or unlawful activity;
• credible threats, targeted harassment prohibited by policy, unauthorized disclosure of personal data, or deceptive impersonation;
• fraud, scams, phishing, malware, spam, payment fraud, or fraudulent disputes;
• copyright or other intellectual-property infringement;
• fake or manipulated engagement, unauthorized automated scraping, restriction circumvention, or attempts to interfere with platform security, availability, or integrity.

Attempts, coordination, and material assistance may be treated the same as completed violations.

Some content may be subject to age restrictions, creator identity checks, consent requirements, labeling, geographic limits, applicable law, payment-provider requirements, and additional platform rules. No category of sexual or adult content is automatically permitted.

Permitted categories may change when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, payment, or compliance requirements. Content involving minors or sexual exploitation is never permitted.

BlondeVerse may provide following, likes and reactions, comments, Stories, post sharing, saves, creator discovery, and messaging. These tools must not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity. Visibility and availability may depend on privacy settings, moderation, account status, or feature availability.

Use messaging responsibly. Do not send spam, threats, harassment, phishing, malware, illegal transaction offers, or prohibited Content. BlondeVerse does not represent that messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Message data may be processed where reasonably necessary to operate the service, deliver messages, investigate abuse, protect safety, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Where a creator enables subscriptions, the checkout will show the price, currency, billing interval, and available benefits. Card-based monthly and yearly subscriptions renew for the selected interval unless cancelled. You may schedule cancellation at the end of the current paid period and retain access through that period, subject to account and content availability.

Non-recurring payment methods, where offered, provide access for the purchased period and do not renew automatically. We or a creator may change future pricing or benefits with appropriate notice where required; changes do not alter an already-paid period except where law permits.

BlondeVerse currently supports eligible creator subscriptions. Other digital purchases—such as premium content, paid posts, premium messages, or tips—apply only where expressly shown as available. Before purchase, review the price, access period, creator offering, and payment details.

Creator earnings may be adjusted for disclosed platform fees, payment-processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, currency conversion, fraud corrections, legally required withholding, or reasonable reserves where applicable. No platform commission percentage is established by these Terms; any applicable amount must be disclosed in the relevant monetization interface or separate creator terms before it applies.

Creators must provide accurate payout, identity, and compliance information. Available countries, methods, thresholds, and timing depend on the payout options actually offered and may be affected by fraud or compliance review, banking networks, payment providers, and circumstances outside BlondeVerse’s reasonable control. No payout schedule or minimum amount is promised by these Terms.

Creators and purchasers are responsible for determining their own tax obligations, subject to applicable law. BlondeVerse may calculate, collect, report, withhold, or remit taxes where legally required. Information on BlondeVerse is not personal tax advice.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, delivery or access status, applicable consumer law, and payment-provider rules. Digital access may affect cancellation or withdrawal rights where law permits. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Do not submit fraudulent chargebacks. When a transaction is legitimately refunded, reversed, or charged back, related creator earnings may be reversed or adjusted.

Payments are processed through third-party providers integrated with BlondeVerse. Current creator-subscription options may include card processing and supported cryptocurrency networks; available methods are shown at checkout. A provider’s own terms and privacy practices may also apply. Provider availability may change, and BlondeVerse does not control independent provider outages or decisions.

The BlondeVerse name, logo, interface, software, graphics, proprietary design, trademarks, and technology are owned by or licensed to BlondeVerse and protected by applicable law. Except as law permits, you may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, sublicense, or misleadingly use BlondeVerse branding or technology without written authorization.

A copyright notice should identify the protected work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide the complaining party’s contact details, include the statements required by applicable law, and carry a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized representative.

A dedicated copyright contact has not yet been published. Until one is configured, you may ask how to submit a notice through our verified general contact at contact@blondeverse.com. Incomplete notices may delay review.

Personal-data processing is governed by the BlondeVerse Privacy Policy, which explains collection, use, retention, sharing, security, and user choices. Account privacy controls do not replace that policy.

BlondeVerse may use user reports, human review, automated systems, and technical signals where appropriate. Depending on context, we may remove Content, restrict visibility, limit features, disable monetization, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve information when legally necessary.

Moderation decisions involve context and may not be error-free. We may prioritize urgent safety, legal, or security concerns.

Where available, users can report posts, comments, Stories, messages, or accounts and can block other users. Blocking can limit interaction but may not remove every reference or shared-space interaction. Do not submit knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive reports.

BlondeVerse provides identity and creator-verification processes for eligible accounts. Verification indicates that specified checks were completed at a point in time; it is not an endorsement, a guarantee of character, or a guarantee that Content is accurate, lawful, or high quality. Status may be reviewed, withheld, or removed.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for Terms or policy violations, fraud, illegal activity, payment abuse, safety concerns, intellectual-property infringement, regulatory requirements, repeated harmful conduct, or risk to the platform or others. Severe or urgent violations may result in immediate action where appropriate.

After termination, account access ends and Content may become inaccessible. Subscriptions may stop or expire, and payouts may remain subject to legitimate fraud, compliance, refund, or chargeback review. Records may be retained where required for law, safety, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Terms that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

BlondeVerse may link to or integrate independent services, websites, payment systems, storage, authentication, or infrastructure. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of them. BlondeVerse is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

We work to keep BlondeVerse available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, payment outages, network problems, security incidents, and circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt or change the service.

Features identified as beta, early, preview, or experimental may change, contain errors, have limited availability, or be discontinued. Use them with appropriate care and do not rely on them for critical purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlondeVerse is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that user Content will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlondeVerse will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service when such losses may lawfully be excluded. Any limitation must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer law and the governing jurisdiction.

Legal review required: the final operating entity and jurisdiction must be configured before adopting any jurisdiction-specific limitation or liability cap. No monetary cap is stated here.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the BlondeVerse operating entity and its personnel harmless from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful Content, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of BlondeVerse. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by BlondeVerse’s own unlawful conduct.

Governing-law information will be provided based on the jurisdiction of the BlondeVerse operating entity.

Legal review required before production: the operating entity and governing jurisdiction are not configured in the repository.

Dispute procedures are subject to applicable law and the governing jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve concerns through the published legal contact where appropriate. Nothing here creates a mandatory arbitration process or waives court or consumer rights.

Legal review required before production: forum, venue, notice procedure, and any permissible alternative-dispute process depend on the final jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal requirements, new or changed features, payment or safety changes, or business developments. Material changes may be communicated through appropriate platform notices or other methods required by law. The “Last Updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms and any policies or feature-specific terms expressly incorporated into them form the agreement regarding your use of BlondeVerse and supersede prior understandings about that subject. An unpublished policy is not incorporated merely because it is planned.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only when made expressly by an authorized representative. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without prior written consent. BlondeVerse may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law and required notice.
