Creator Terms

These Creator Terms apply whenever you act as a creator or use creator monetization functionality. All users remain subject to the general Terms.

If these Creator Terms conflict with the general Terms on a creator-specific monetization matter, these Creator Terms control only for that matter. The general Terms continue to govern everything else, and mandatory law controls where it cannot be varied by agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old to complete and publish a creator profile, and any higher applicable age applies. Eligibility may also require a valid account, accurate profile information, compliance with the Terms and Community Guidelines, a supported location, required verification, and valid payout information where monetization and payouts are available.

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee creator approval or continued access to every creator feature.

Creators must provide accurate, current information. Depending on the feature, this may include legal identity, display name, username, email, date of birth, country or location, creator category, payout details, and tax information.

Display name, username, profile media, biography, location, and category may be public when published. Identity, birth date, payout, tax, verification, and compliance records are private operational information and are not presented as public profile fields.

BlondeVerse may require age or identity verification before enabling specified creator, publishing, or monetization features for fraud prevention, payout or payment compliance, legal obligations, and content safety. Verification may involve human review and is not represented as fully automated.

No separate identity-verification or payout provider is identified because none is currently configured in the application.

“Creator Content” includes posts, images, videos, Stories, captions, profile media, comments, messages, subscriber-only content, and other media or information a creator uploads, publishes, or sends. You are responsible for your Creator Content and the consequences of making it available.

You retain intellectual-property rights you lawfully hold in original Creator Content. Uploading does not transfer ownership to BlondeVerse.

You grant the same limited license described in the Terms so BlondeVerse and its service providers can host, store, process, compress, resize, encode, display, transmit, distribute through platform features, secure, moderate, and operate the service.

You must hold the rights and permissions needed for every identifiable person appearing in Creator Content. Where applicable, participants must satisfy age requirements and legally consent to creation, recording, publication, and distribution. Exploitation of minors or anyone unable to consent is prohibited.

BlondeVerse may reasonably request documentation concerning age, identity, consent, ownership, releases, or authorization during verification or a compliance investigation. Submitted documentation is not displayed publicly and is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where enabled, creators may offer monthly or yearly subscription plans and subscriber-only posts within the prices and currencies shown in monetization settings. Creators must accurately describe benefits and must not intentionally mislead subscribers about paid access.

Card-based subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled. Supported non-recurring payment methods provide access for the purchased period and do not automatically renew.

The current creator monetization experience supports subscriptions and subscriber-only posts where enabled. Other approved paid features may be governed by additional displayed terms if introduced. Creators must clearly and accurately describe what a purchase provides.

Creators can choose subscription prices within the minimum, maximum, and supported-currency options displayed in their monetization settings. These controls may change. The checkout displays the applicable plan price and billing interval before payment; legally required taxes or provider-related amounts may also apply where disclosed.

Creator earnings, where available, generally arise from eligible transactions that successfully process and settle. Pending or estimated amounts are not guaranteed earnings and may be adjusted for legitimate refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud corrections, processor adjustments, disclosed fees, taxes or withholding, and other properly disclosed transaction adjustments.

Applicable BlondeVerse platform fees will be disclosed to creators through the relevant monetization interface or fee schedule before they become payable.

No official platform commission percentage is established by these Creator Terms or configured in the current monetization interface.

Third-party payment processing may involve processing, network, conversion, refund, or dispute-related fees where applicable. Any creator-payable amount must be disclosed through the applicable payment or monetization terms. These Creator Terms do not establish a percentage, fixed fee, or conversion rate.

A creator payout workflow is not currently available in the application. If introduced, eligible settled balances may become available subject to verification, fraud and compliance review, reserves, refunds, chargebacks, provider rules, supported methods, and supported jurisdictions.

No payout schedule, threshold, method, or country availability is promised by these Creator Terms.

Where payouts become available, they may be temporarily held or reviewed when reasonably necessary for suspicious transactions, fraud indicators, unusual dispute activity, account compromise, verification issues, legal or policy obligations, or processor requirements. BlondeVerse does not publish internal risk thresholds.

When a creator-related transaction is legitimately refunded or reversed, associated creator earnings may be adjusted or reversed. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy; nothing here reduces non-waivable consumer rights.

A payment dispute may cause associated amounts to be held, deducted, reversed, or adjusted against an available or future balance where permitted. A legitimate customer dispute does not automatically establish creator misconduct, but creator-controlled fraud or abuse may result in further review and enforcement.

Creators are responsible for understanding tax obligations that apply to them, except where BlondeVerse or a provider must collect, report, withhold, or remit tax by law. BlondeVerse may request information needed for those duties. These Creator Terms do not provide tax advice or classify creators as independent contractors.

By acting as a creator, you represent that information you supply is accurate; you hold necessary content rights; required permissions and consents exist; your content and monetization comply with law; transactions are not fraudulent; and you will follow applicable BlondeVerse policies.

Do not deceive subscribers, misrepresent benefits, harass fans, conduct fraudulent transactions, solicit prohibited payments or activity, or misuse private fan information. Material details of a paid offering must be communicated accurately.

Creator messaging remains subject to the Community Guidelines. Spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, credential theft, and prohibited transactions are not allowed. Messages are not represented as end-to-end encrypted.

Creators remain responsible for promotions and permitted external links. Do not link to phishing, malware, scams, illegal services or material, exploitation, or deceptive payment pages. BlondeVerse may restrict unsafe links but does not promise to review every destination.

Do not artificially manipulate followers, likes, comments, views, Story engagement, rankings, recommendations, subscriptions, or transaction metrics through bots, fake engagement, coordinated manipulation, fraudulent accounts, or artificial payment activity. Legitimate marketing is allowed when it follows platform rules.

You must respect copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, licenses, and rights in third-party media. Publish only material you own or are authorized to use. See the intellectual-property and copyright provisions in the Terms.

Submit copyright concerns through the Copyright category on Contact & Support. BlondeVerse has not published a dedicated copyright email or agent, and these Creator Terms do not invent one.

Creators may receive limited subscriber or fan information through ordinary platform functionality. Do not scrape, sell, disclose, harass with, or misuse personal information on or off the platform. Processing by BlondeVerse is described in the Privacy Policy.

Protect passwords, authentication credentials, account access, and any payout information. Report suspected compromise through Contact & Support. BlondeVerse support will not ask you to disclose your password.

Creator content and accounts may be reviewed under the Terms and Community Guidelines. Depending on context and available controls, action may include content removal, visibility or feature restriction, monetization restriction, suspension, or termination.

Creator access or monetization may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for serious or repeated policy violations, fraud, illegal activity, payment abuse, exploitation, intellectual-property infringement, verification failure, or security risk. Serious or urgent violations may result in immediate action where appropriate.

Termination does not automatically forfeit all pending creator earnings. Pending balances may remain subject to refunds, chargebacks, fraud investigation, reasonable reserves where applicable, legal duties, provider rules, and legitimate account adjustments. Final treatment must comply with applicable law and relevant agreements.

BlondeVerse does not guarantee followers, views, likes, comments, subscribers, conversions, revenue, or any level of income. Results vary, and creators must not publish misleading earnings claims.

BlondeVerse may modify creator tools, monetization functionality, eligibility, payment methods, payout availability, or feature availability subject to the Terms and applicable law. Material changes may receive notice where appropriate.

These Creator Terms may be updated as features, practices, provider arrangements, or legal obligations change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate or required.
