01

Scope

This Policy applies to BlondeVerse services, including the website, accounts, creator profiles, posts, Stories, comments, reactions, messaging, subscriptions, monetization, creator verification, payments, and support where those features are available.

Third-party websites, apps, payment services, and external links have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern their independent processing.

02

Information You Provide

You may provide information directly when registering, completing a profile, publishing, communicating, changing settings, making a purchase, or contacting us. Depending on how you use BlondeVerse, this may include:

  • display name, username, email address, password credentials, and account preferences;
  • profile and cover photos, biography, location, creator category, gender, date of birth, and social or external links;
  • Content, messages, comments, reactions, support requests, reports, and other communications;
  • subscription choices, creator monetization settings, and payment-related information described below.

Authentication credentials are processed for account access; BlondeVerse does not display passwords publicly.

03

Information Collected Automatically

When you use BlondeVerse, systems may automatically receive IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, interaction events, diagnostic logs, performance information, session identifiers, and approximate location inferred from network information where applicable.

BlondeVerse does not currently request precise GPS location through the website. Location text supplied for a profile or location search is information you choose to provide.

04

Account & Profile Information

Account records can include your email, authentication identifiers, preferences, account status, and security information. Depending on your profile choices and publishing status, public information may include display name, username, avatar, cover image, biography, location, creator category, follower and following counts, public posts, public Stories, and public engagement.

Email, password credentials, date of birth, private settings, payment records, and internal account or moderation information are not presented as public profile fields.

05

Content & Media

We process uploaded images, videos, Stories, posts, captions, comments, shared posts, and associated media metadata to store and present Content. Media may be resized, compressed, encoded, converted, given previews, and delivered through optimized storage and distribution paths.

Content and related signals may also be reviewed or processed when necessary to moderate reports, enforce rules, protect safety, or detect abuse. We do not claim that every upload is automatically scanned by a particular detection system.

06

Messages & Communications

BlondeVerse processes message text, attachments, participants, timestamps, delivery and read states, reactions, replies, conversation preferences, and report information as needed to deliver messages, display conversation history, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and comply with legal obligations.

Messages are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. BlondeVerse messaging should not be treated as a channel for information requiring absolute confidentiality.

07

Payment & Transaction Information

For paid features, BlondeVerse and its payment providers may process transaction amount, currency, status, subscription or purchase details, refunds, chargebacks, provider and transaction identifiers, billing interval, and payment timestamps.

Full card numbers are handled by the integrated card processor and are not stored in the BlondeVerse application database. Stripe processes supported card subscriptions. Where offered, supported cryptocurrency payment records include the selected network, public deposit address, amount, confirmation status, and transaction hash. Telegram Stars processes eligible VIP purchases made through the Telegram experience.

08

Creator & Payout Information

Where creator monetization or payouts are enabled, BlondeVerse may process identity and age-verification information, payout details, tax-related information, payout status, compliance records, and fraud or risk-review information. The exact fields depend on the payout or verification options made available.

BlondeVerse does not identify a separate KYC or payout vendor in this Policy because none is configured in the current application.

09

Device, Usage & Log Data

Usage records may describe profile and post views, Story views and completion, likes, comments, follows, saves, shares, search or discovery activity, subscription events, feature interaction, and error or performance diagnostics. These records help deliver social features, creator analytics, ranking, security, and reliable operation.

Anonymous sessions may use a locally stored identifier so feed interactions can function before sign-in.

10

Cookies & Similar Technologies

BlondeVerse uses cookies and comparable browser storage for authentication sessions, security, preferences, messaging drafts, anonymous-session continuity, and short-lived feed state. Supabase authentication uses session cookies where appropriate.

Vercel Speed Insights is included to measure application performance. BlondeVerse does not currently include an advertising network, Google Analytics, or Meta Pixel. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are added, this Policy will be updated where required. There is no standalone public Cookie Policy route at this time.

11

How We Use Information

We use information for defined operational purposes, including to:

  • provide, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts and the service;
  • display profiles and Content; deliver posts, Stories, comments, reactions, and messages;
  • personalize feeds, recommendations, creator discovery, and account experiences;
  • process subscriptions and transactions and support creator monetization;
  • respond to support requests and communicate service information;
  • prevent fraud and abuse, moderate Content, enforce policies, and protect users;
  • measure performance, diagnose errors, improve features, and comply with legal obligations.

13

How We Share Information

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment processing, performance analytics, security, and fraud prevention; with legal authorities when required; with transaction parties during a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale; and with other users or the public according to Content and profile visibility.

BlondeVerse does not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money unless explicitly disclosed. Some laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, and available opt-out rights may vary by location.

14

Service Providers

Implemented services include Supabase for database, authentication, and media storage; Google as an optional OAuth sign-in provider; Stripe for supported recurring card subscriptions; Telegram Stars for eligible Telegram purchases; supported cryptocurrency infrastructure for offered crypto subscriptions; and Vercel Speed Insights for application-performance measurement.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices as well as applicable agreements with BlondeVerse. Providers and functionality may change as the service evolves.

15

Public Information

Information intentionally made public—such as a published creator profile, public profile metadata, public posts, and public engagement—may be visible to signed-in users, signed-out visitors, search engines, and third-party websites that link to the Content.

Do not publish personal, confidential, or sensitive information that you do not want others to see, copy, index, or share. Removing Content later may not remove copies made independently by others or cached by third parties.

16

Safety, Fraud & Moderation

We may use account, Content, communication, payment, report, device, and technical information to detect abuse, prevent fraud, investigate reports, protect accounts, enforce policies, prevent platform manipulation, respond to emergencies, and comply with lawful requests. We do not publish internal fraud thresholds or security logic.

17

Advertising & Analytics

BlondeVerse currently uses its own platform interaction records for feed operation, creator insights, recommendations, and product improvement, and includes Vercel Speed Insights for performance measurement. No third-party advertising network is currently integrated into the application.

If advertising or additional analytics providers are introduced, relevant disclosures and choices will be provided where required.

18

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.

Retention varies based on active account operation, service delivery, legal obligations, disputes, payment and tax records, fraud prevention, security logs, moderation, and backups. Deleted Content or accounts may remain temporarily in backups or be preserved where a legitimate legal or safety reason applies. No universal retention period is promised.

19

Data Security

BlondeVerse uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, including authentication, access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, database security policies, monitoring, and infrastructure protections. Access to private information is limited according to role and operational need.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. BlondeVerse does not claim military-grade, zero-knowledge, or end-to-end encryption.

20

International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own where BlondeVerse service providers and infrastructure operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between locations. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, BlondeVerse will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.

Legal review required: transfer locations and final safeguards must be confirmed against the operating entity, provider configuration, and applicable jurisdiction.

21

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; appeal certain decisions; or opt out of processing defined as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable law.

Rights are not universal and may be subject to identity verification, exceptions, and legal retention duties. We may request information necessary to verify and respond securely.

22

Account Controls

Available controls include editing profile information, managing account and privacy settings, controlling certain messaging preferences, blocking users, and requesting account deletion through account settings. Creators can manage profile publication and relevant Content visibility options where available.

Some information cannot be changed or deleted immediately when retention is required for payment, fraud, safety, dispute, or legal reasons.

23

Children & Age Restrictions

Publishing a BlondeVerse creator profile requires the creator to be at least 18, and age-restricted features or Content may require users to be 18 or satisfy a higher applicable threshold. General account eligibility remains subject to the minimum age and legal capacity required in the user’s location.

BlondeVerse is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to the service. Accounts may be restricted or removed when eligibility requirements are not met. Suspected underage use should be reported through the verified contact below.

24

Sensitive or Restricted Content

Mature or restricted creator Content, where permitted, may involve additional age, identity, consent, labeling, geographic, safety, legal, and payment-compliance requirements. Permission is not automatic for every category.

Users should avoid placing sensitive personal information in public profiles, public Content, or messages. Sensitive information is processed only as needed for the relevant feature, obligation, verification, or safety purpose.

26

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when services, practices, providers, safety needs, or legal obligations change. The “Last Updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes may receive additional notice through BlondeVerse or another appropriate channel where required.
