Community Guidelines

Four principles guide participation and our interpretation of these standards.

These Guidelines apply to regular users, creators, subscribers and fans across public profiles, private interactions, posts, Stories, comments, messages, links, monetized content, and other platform activity. A paid subscription or creator account does not exempt anyone from these rules.

You must be at least 18 years old to complete and publish a BlondeVerse creator profile. Other use requires the minimum age applicable in your location and legal capacity to accept the Terms; a higher age applies where law or a feature requires it.

BlondeVerse may require appropriate age or identity checks. Accounts or features may be restricted or removed when eligibility requirements are not met.

Do not engage in targeted harassment, repeated unwanted contact, intimidation, severe bullying, blackmail, extortion, coordinated harassment, discriminatory abuse prohibited by policy or law, or sharing private material to humiliate someone. Credible threats are never acceptable.

Ordinary disagreement, criticism, and debate are allowed when they do not become threats, targeted abuse, or other prohibited conduct.

Do not make credible threats of violence, call for targeted physical harm, encourage serious violence, or provide content intended to facilitate violent criminal acts. News, education, documentary, fictional, or artistic context may matter, but an entertainment label does not excuse a genuine safety risk.

Non-consensual intimate imagery, secretly recorded intimate material, sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking, sexual blackmail, threats to publish intimate material, and depictions of sexual activity without a participant’s consent are prohibited. Content must not be published without legally required permission.

Creators are responsible for ensuring valid consent and legal rights for everyone appearing in their content.

Mature content, where permitted, must meet applicable age, identity, consent, verification, legal, geographic, platform, and payment-provider requirements. No category of adult content is automatically permitted, and BlondeVerse may restrict categories even where they may otherwise be lawful.

Supported categories may change for safety, legal, geographic, payment, or compliance reasons.

You must hold every right, permission, authorization, and release necessary to publish content involving identifiable people. Where applicable, creators may be required to demonstrate identity, age, consent, authorization, or releases. Content involving a person who cannot legally consent is prohibited.

Do not use BlondeVerse to facilitate unlawful activity, including trafficking, fraud, theft, unlawful sales or services, exploitation, money laundering, or criminal solicitation. Attempts, coordination, promotion, and material assistance may also violate these Guidelines.

Phishing, fake giveaways, deceptive investment schemes, credential theft, payment fraud, fraudulent subscriptions, intentionally misleading transactions, and impersonation for financial deception are prohibited.

Never use deception to request passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, recovery codes, or other account-access information.

Do not use mass unsolicited messages, repetitive comments, fake likes, followers or comments, automated fake engagement, artificial views, coordinated metric manipulation, abusive scraping, manipulative bots, recommendation or ranking interference, or restriction and rate-limit circumvention.

Legitimate promotion is allowed when it follows these Guidelines and other platform rules.

Do not deceptively impersonate another user, creator, company, organization, or public figure. Clearly disclosed parody or fan accounts may be treated differently where otherwise permitted. Verification reflects specified checks at a point in time; it is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Publish only content you own or are authorized to use. Copyright infringement, trademark misuse, stolen creator content, unauthorized commercial use, and reposting protected content without required permission are prohibited.

Do not disclose passwords, authentication credentials, private financial information, highly sensitive identifying information, unlawfully shared private communications, or personal information used to harass, threaten, or harm someone.

Information intentionally made public may remain visible according to profile and content settings. Learn more in the Privacy Policy.

Content or behavior that directly facilitates serious physical harm or clearly dangerous unlawful conduct is prohibited. Education, awareness, journalism, recovery or support, and documentary discussion may be considered when appropriate and lawful.

Users and creators may use permitted BlondeVerse monetization features. Fraudulent transactions, illegal goods or services, misleading offers, deceptive subscriptions, and payment circumvention prohibited by platform or payment rules are not allowed.

These rules apply to Feed posts, Stories, captions, comments, replies, reactions, and shared content. You remain responsible for what you publish or share; sharing another BlondeVerse post does not make prohibited content acceptable.

Messages must not be used for harassment, spam, phishing, scams, threats, sexual exploitation, malicious links, credential theft, or other prohibited conduct. Messages are not represented as end-to-end encrypted.

Use blocking and available reporting tools where appropriate. A concern arising in Messages can also be submitted through the Safety & Reporting category on Contact & Support.

External links may be shared where permitted, but must not direct people to malware, phishing, scams, unlawful material, exploitation, credential theft, or services prohibited by BlondeVerse rules. BlondeVerse may restrict or remove unsafe links but does not promise to review every external website.

Creators have additional responsibility when publishing to larger audiences or monetizing content. They must publish authorized content, meet age and consent rules, accurately describe paid offerings, avoid deceptive monetization and engagement manipulation, follow payment rules, respect fans’ rights, and cooperate with reasonable verification and compliance requests. Monetization never overrides these Guidelines. See the Creator Terms for creator-specific obligations.

Where shown in the product, use reporting controls on relevant profiles, posts, comments, or Stories. Availability varies by feature. For message-related concerns or another issue without an in-product control, use the Safety & Reporting category on Contact & Support.

Do not submit reports that are knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive.

Blocking can help control unwanted interaction. The current block system restricts direct interaction between the accounts and hides blocked creators’ posts and active Stories from authenticated feeds. It may not remove every historical reference, copy, or shared-space interaction. Blocked accounts can be managed in account settings.

BlondeVerse may consider severity, context, account history, repeated violations, safety risk, and applicable law. Depending on available controls and the circumstances, measures may include warnings, content removal, visibility or feature limits, monetization restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Serious or urgent violations may result in immediate action.

Not every report results in action, and moderation decisions can involve judgment.

BlondeVerse does not currently provide a dedicated automated appeal center. To request review of an enforcement decision, use the most appropriate category on Contact & Support and identify the account, content, or decision involved. An appeal does not guarantee reversal.

BlondeVerse may preserve or disclose information where required by applicable law, valid legal process, or a legally permitted safety purpose. Any action remains subject to applicable law; these Guidelines do not disclose internal law-enforcement or investigation procedures.

These Guidelines may evolve as BlondeVerse adds features, community behavior changes, safety practices develop, or legal, payment, and compliance requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version, and additional notice may be provided where appropriate or required.
